Bumps, Buggies and Barbells is run by Rachel Andrews, a qualified PT specialising in pre and post-natal exercise.
A great opportunity to meet other like-minded mums/mums-to-be in the area.
Classes take place at Wick park, near Pershore on Wednesday mornings from 10:30-11:30am and on Tuesday evenings from 6:45-7:45pm and are booked in blocks of 6 weeks.
Our Wednesday morning class is suitable for new mums and babies are welcome. Our Tuesday classes are best suited to women who are pre-natal or mums who have toddlers that they can leave at home with a care-giver.
